Conference Goal: Leaders on planning, infrastructure, architecture, land use, senior citizens, public health, and the environment will convene to discuss a common path towards realizing their specific needs, goals and agendas while mitigating, and adapting to, climate change. The goal of this discussion will be the convergence of diverse yet deliberate efforts to produce sustainable and healthy, active communities with increased economic vitality for present and future generations in Delaware and the region. Who should attend: Elected officials, senior policy makers, planning commission members, professionals in planning, architecture, public health, senior-friendly communities, the environment, economic development, natural hazard mitigation and preparation, clean energy, climate change, sustainability, resilience and associated professional sectors. This conference is aimed at providing a professional level of discussion and has been funded to advance the capacity of professionals in Delaware engaged in public sector issues.
