Sea Grant Mid‐Atlantic Regional Network Meeting 2010

The Mid-Atlantic Sea Grant programs meet every 18 months to bring staff members from throughout the region together to share ideas, network, to hear from colleagues about their unique and dynamic programs, and to interact socially to build “esprit de corps”. In April 2010 more than 60 regional Sea Grant professionals met in Corolla, NC (Outer Banks) to participate in a two-day networking meeting titled, “Enhancing Sea Grant Partnerships”. By all accounts the meeting was a resounding success. The 2010 meeting was especially unique in that a number of colleagues from South Carolina Sea Grant participated for the first time. Their attendance and participation was most enjoyable, and we would welcome their participation at future meetings.
