This hands-on teacher workshop will help past workshop participants further understand the role of zooplankton and microplastics in the marine food web.
This teacher workshop will help participants with their basic understanding of climate change and how to best integrate the foundational concepts into their existing curricula.
The Climate Change Academy provide up-to-date science content, model lessons and activities, and practical experience while diving into the complex topic of climate change and preparing educators to introduce it to students.

Content, resources, and hands‐on learning about renewable energy and energy efficiency, in the shadow of UD’s 2‐megawatt wind turbine. Participants will learn from energy scientists, build model wind turbines, explore solar arrays, and experiment with thermal imaging. Clock hours will be awarded to Delaware teachers.
