Join the City of Lewes, Delaware Sea Grant, IPA, DEMA, and the Greater Lewes Community Village for an interactive workshop aimed at helping seniors and disabled individuals assess their emergency planning needs and expand their support network.

The workshop will provide an overview of emergency planning best practices, allow participants to complete an individualized assessment of their needs, and connect them to experts, resources, and tools that will help improve their preparedness for weather emergencies and other hazards.  Families and caretakers are welcome to attend and learn from the experts.

The event will take place at the Lewes Library on September 21, 2018.  Registration and a light breakfast opens at 9:30am, followed by presentations and interactive sessions from 10am-12:30pm.
